...dort haben die debtors einen Plan vorgeschlagen, bei dem das bisherige Equity einen Rest von 5 % an der reorganisierten Gesellschaft erhält. Vielleicht wird der Plan tatsächlich so abgesegnet, dann wird's so sein (freilich muss man dazu noch Sprint ins Boot holen!).

HIER jedoch ist der Plan SCHON LÄNGST ABGESEGNET, und dieser schon abgesegnete Plan GIBT EUCH NICHTS, und es gibt auch keine (fortzuführende) reorg.

Ist der Unterschied begreiflich?

wenn die oberen classes bis 10 "satisfied in full" werden, bekommt auch equity was.

steht auch im plan und das weist du.

ich hab nicht viele stücke aber wenn ich nur 20 Cent bekäme wär das ne tolle Rendite. klar, die meisten Aktionäre hätten dann immer noch 99,x% verlust...

Was habt ihr denn so für Stückzahlen? Bei mir sind es 94.000 Stück

... sind weiterhin der sichtbare Ausdruck eines ganz regen Forderungs-HANDELS,
der wohl erst gegen das Jahr 2016 in seiner Docket-DOMINANZ etwas abflauen wird...

Bis dahin aber wird nach meiner persönlichen Einschätzung die gerichtliche Abbildung des weiterhin äußerst regen Forderungs-Handels die absolute Mehrheit aller Docket-Numbers "verbrauchen", wie das ja auch in dem hier

Nach den Kunden bekommen nun weitere Gläubiger von Lehman Brothers ihr Geld zurück. Gläubiger mit unbesicherten Forderungen gegen die Bank erhalten in einer ersten Runde 4,6 Milliarden Dollar. 14:45 Uhr

GENAU,damit muss und soll jeder als erstes rechnen...............oder..........träumen und hoffen ist bis dahin erlaubt,zwecklos,aber immerhin etwas was den menschen freude bereitet,falls er-sie-es kein realist ist.
