Vista Outdoor Donates Helmets, Water Bottles and Bicycles to National Ability Center

FARMINGTON, Utah, Sept. 22, 2016

The company hosted a "bike build" that gave employees the opportunity to work together to assemble bicycles donated by Advanced Sports International. Forty teams of employees built 70 bikes, which were presented to the National Ability Center, along with CamelBak water bottles, and Bell and Giro bicycle helmets. Vista Outdoor is the parent company of CamelBak, Bell and Giro.

"Giving back to communities where we live and work is a core value for Vista Outdoor and a part of our company culture," said Dave Allen, Senior Vice President of Sales. "We believed the sales conference was a natural time to bring our team together for this worthwhile cause. We're proud to partner with the National Ability Center and to provide equipment that will make a real difference in the lives of people in need."

The National Ability Center is a non-profit organization that seeks to empower individuals by building self-esteem, confidence and lifetime skills through sport, recreational and educational programs. Founded in 1985, the organization has united around a collective vision to inspire individual achievement and create a global impact for people of all abilities.
