Greater Sooner Holdings, Inc. Announces Acquisition and Reverse Merger of Dovarri, Inc.
HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - January 7, 2008) - Greater Sooner Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GSNH) (FRANKFURT: G3S) announced today that it has signed a definitive acquisition agreement to acquire 100% of Dovarri, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DVAR). The name change has been completed to Dovarri, Inc. and the new symbol is DVAR.

Shareholders of Greater Sooner Holdings, Inc. will receive one (1) share of Dovarri, Inc. for One Hundred Fifty (150) shares of Greater Sooner Holdings, Inc. Dovarri's common stock has begun trading on a split-adjusted basis today, January 7th. The authorized shares have been increased to 150,000,000 common and 1,000,000 preferred.

The value of the stock traded on the Frankfurt Exchange (FRANKFURT: G3S) will be automatically adjusted after a reverse split in the USA.

Ein paar Voreilige haben Ihre Shares unter dem Wert nach dem R/S [2,85$] schon wieder auf den Markt geworfen (die heutigen Verkäufe zu 2$), obwohl der Großteil der Aktionäre noch gar nicht handeln konnte!

Ich denke, sobald wieder "regulärer" Handel stattfindet, geht das ASK sofort gegen 7-10$ (meine Meinung!)

Gleich zum Anfang,ich bin kein Experte in Punkto Analyse und Auswertung.Meine letzten Zeilen kann man im Annualreport nachlesen.Ich dachte es ist schon jemandem aufgefallen.Auf Mails kann man bei Dvar nicht hoffen, hab es auch schon versucht.Dvar gibt so garnichts bekannt an Abschlüssen.Ein Beispiel mit den Sitzplätzen,dieses Interview habe ich gelesen und da ist die Rede ,daß man eine Steigerung von 1000 auf 10000 sogenannten Sitzplätzen anstrebt.Diese Seite kann ich beim besten Willen nicht mehr finden.War auch so eine Meldung,Dovarri wird mit HP auf Americas Cup gehen.Gelesen im Netz,ob es war ist wird sich zeigen.So,ich hoffe ich konnte etwas dazu sagen und hoffe man liegt Richtig.

Es ist schon  interessant zu beobachten wie auch hier der Kurs manipuliert wird.
Oder kann mir einer erklären wie sonst ein Handel mit "10" Aktien zustande kommt,
was die Wahnsinns Summe von 18 Cent ausmacht.
Es wurden hier ja schon einige seltsame Kurse gemacht, von 2 - 7 Euro war alles dabei
aber daß heute übertrifft alles.

die Zahlen sind da.Es wird mal wieder alles so sein wie es ist ,Expansion,Investition und hoffen auf den Markt.Nun aber kommen die Aussichten noch hinzu,welche DVAR wohl positiv beflügeln sollten.Erneut ist es gelungen,eine zusätsliche Finanzierung,von mals im letzten Quartal über 500.000,00 Dollar,jetzt erneut im Quartal von 670.000,00 Dollar zu sichern.Leider ist die Ansage einer Divizahlung nicht gekommen aber die wird bald kommen.So hoffe ich und nicht nur ich.

Aber nur  mal so,würde doch die gute Aussicht nur bestätigen.DVAR ist jetzt bei einer Aussage,daß man anstrebt 12M für real sich auf die Fahne zuschrieben.Am 15.02.2010 wurde Orizon 7.0 freigegeben und somit den Kunden die Möglichkeit zur Prüfung und Auswertung zur Verfügung gestellt.

Leider komme ich mir aber schon wie ein Pusher vor da ich so was schreibe,aber ohne Quelle würde ich das nicht tun.Aber jetzt was ohne Quelle,meine Meinung.Investition ist abgeschlossen und nun sollen Ergebnisse folgen.Da wir in ein Unternehmen eingekauft wurden,welches nicht mit Offenlegung transparent sein muß,sind für mich die Aussagen im Quartalsbericht bestimment.Diese sagen mir ,daß es in allen Belangen ein Erfolg wird.Frage hinten dran:Warum hat sich Greater Sooner für Dovarri entschieden.Wiso wird auf Globalisierung gesetzt?Patent eingereicht,Schulden gemacht,Investoren gefunden HB ,Microsoft ,Ribbit u.s.w alsPartner gewonnen,alles für den Augenblick?Gaery ist mit seinen Referenzen kein so ein Typ,welcher wer.Im letzten 1/2Jahr sind die 1.170.000,00 auch nicht nur aus Freuschaft geflossen.

Wo sind die ganzen Commons welche noch zu einen fähren Preis zu haben sind?Mir ist nicht so recht klar,auch nach den heutigen 9000 Stk wo die sind.Nur mal so gedacht,wenn es anfang Mai ist und es wird spruchreif,daß es diffi giebt,sind wir ganz schnell bei 0,20.Ein ist Fakt Geary ist gut unterwegs,was ich aber nicht verstehe ist warum man den Aktionären immer nur ein ? hinsetzt. Ist man bemüht,bis 2014 ,nicht über 0,14 zu kommen? Vieleicht erbarhmt sich einer mir zu helfen? Danke !

Ich finde es gut,daß wir so fest notieren. Es müßte ein leichtes sein,mal wieder zu den 0,007 zu kommen.Aber leider ist da nichts zu machen.Bin gespannt,was unser Geary von seiner Außzeichnug,für einen Hup mitbringt. Es muss ja nicht gleich eine Flasche Sekt sein.Aber den Lohn der Investition,welche wir die ganzen Jahre eingebracht haben.Bin mal auf die Ansage im Mai gespannt.

Ist schon gut,dass wir nicht auf Chart Tief in den letzten Wochen gefallen sind.Keine Frage für mich,wir sind die Anfangsschwierigkeiten eines Produktes in der Startphase nun endlich los.Jetzt beginnt die Zeit,wo Dovarri Sagt alle bekommen was.Meine Meinung ist,daß ein e Ausschütung im nächsten Report angesagt wird.Wir werden es wider am Volumen kurz vorher sehen.Angekündigt ist esa ja schon lang.Für mich ist der Kurs nicht rellevant,die Diffi ist es. To je dobre ,a tak dale.

Schnell mal vorab,es muß was passieren !Freitag der 13. ist das nicht herlich,was hat eine schwarze Katze mit unser Dovarri zu tun?Mich verwundert es,das so wenig Interesse an dieser ,ich glaub wohl schwierigen Aktie besteht.Wir bekommen keine Infos außer Quartalszahlen.All das was uns als neue Nachrichten soll verkauft werden ist eigendlich schon alt.Eins ist aber unumstritten ,daß DVAR ,auch ohne Meldung,seinen Umsatz und somit seinen Gewinn schon im letzten Quartal verdoppelt hat.Ich frage mich aber trotz allem wann sind wir, die welche es unterstützen,mal im plus sind.Also bitte im August mal eine positive News.Sollte doch nicht so schwer sein,im vorletzten Bericht habt ihr es doch schon angesagt.2 Jahre Investment sollten doch wohl mal belohnt werden.Oder jetzt mal ganz schwarz!(Greater Sooner läßt grüßen)???

Man lässt sich sehr viel Zeit mit dem Quartal Report.Sollte was drinnstehen,was uns sehr beglügt?Bin gespannt ,ob jetzt die Ansage einer Dividente kommt.Die Beteiligung der Aktionäre war ja schon länger Angekündigt.So Hassgeliebte DVAR mach es wahr.

Ich weis nicht ob es an meiner Software liegt,kann ihn nicht öffnen.Nach der Ankündigung von Terrapin Solutions,LLC ,mit 1400 Sitzen,würde ich aber mal ganz stark einschätzen, dass DVAR im ausgeglichenen Bereich  arbeitet.Jetzt wird nur versucht ganz billig die Aktien einzusammeln,am 13.Mai sind dann Q2 Zahlen drann.Dies ist so das einzige was ich an Neuem finden konnte.Sicher gibt es da noch Experten die bessere Quellen finden.Ich bin der Meinung,ich für mich verkaufe nicht.Dies ist nur meine Meinung und in keinster Weise eine Aufforderung für etweige Handlungen.   L.G.Albert61

Vor Zahlen ist immer etwas Handel gewesen,aber jetzt sieht man nur 200-300 Stück welche den Wert Explotiern lassen.Warum will man erst bei 0,55 verkaufen?So seine Aktien vor Ultimo noch gut loswerden,oder ist bald ,also Morgen der Knall mit den Zahlen sowas von eftig das wir uns nicht widerfinden.Umsatz und Prognose sagen, das Zweites eintritt.1500 Sitzplätze reichen für ein ausgeglichenes Ergebnis und das sollte man jetzt haben.Also etwas Optimismus versprühen und guter Dinge sein.Schlimmer als die letzten 3Jahre kann es bald nicht mehr werden.Albert61

Nicht 2100 sondern2010 sorry. Leider keine Kurse mehr von der OTC ,aber es ist doch von Intresse welchen Weg mein super Inwest nehmen wird .(Grins. )Ganz ohne Vorurteile bin ich der Meinung,auch wenn ich da völlig danebenliegen sollte,mann seht zu einen großenen Partner zu finden.HP,steht zwar gut im Portfolio ,aber haben die schon zu einem Umsatz beigetragen?Ich bin echt enteucht von Dovarri und frage mich,warum überhaupt der Mantel von Greater Sooner übernommen wurde.Hier seht Ihr wie lange ich schon den Ganzen Mist mitmache. Aus dem Fester geleht,ABZOCKE ??? Ich hoffe es wird sich bald EIN KÄUFER für unsere CRM finden. ACH NEIN DOVVARI.Noch der aktuelle Kurs,sehr wichtig!!!

Das Eine oder das Andere ,mit DVAR geschehen.Ist bei der ganzen Sache der Ofen aus oder holt eine Einer seinen Mantel raus?Nun kann man spekulieren,ohne wie ich Einblick zu haben,wann die 30 Mille voll sind,aber das kann dauern.So wie es jetzt aus sieht werden noch der Haufen Jahre ins Land gehen,bevor wir etwas sehen.Mit der Ankündigung ,wir müssen den Aktionäre was zurückgeben,ist es damals wohl nicht so weit her gewesen.Ich hoffe,einer von Dovarri liest hier mit.Wenn nicht ist auch Scheiß egal.Danke für die Bereitschaft uns den Merker zu geben.Greater Sooner. Ich bin sauer auf den so hoch gelobten Laden DOVARRI.
