TEAM Communications Group Signs Sponsorship Agreement With Prestigious European Bank Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie.
Sal. Oppenheim Will Become Company`s Designated Sponsor (Betreuer) in the Neuer Markt
LOS ANGELES--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--March 24, 2000-- TEAM Communications Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:TMTV - news; Neuer Markt:TME), has signed an agreement wherein Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie., one of Europe`s oldest and largest private banks, will act as a designated sponsor (Betreuer) for the Company, Drew S. Levin, TEAM Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer announced today.
Under the terms of the agreement, Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. will furnish sufficient liquidity for TEAM to the electronic trading system (Xetra) according to the rules and regulations of both the Neuer Markt and the Franfurt Stock Exchange (Borsenordnung) and will provide the services of a German Stock Exchange authorized stockbroker during official trading hours. Additionally, the sales team of Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. will actively distribute TEAM`s shares to institutional and private investors throughout Germany and Europe, and will advise the Company on investor relations and financial statements.
