The principal activities during the year of entities within the consolidated entity were resource exploration and investment. The principal investments of the Company include:

YAMARNA JOINT VENTURE PROJECT

During the year under review the Company ’s joint venture partner, Asarco Exploration Company Inc, completed the necessary expenditure pre-requisite to earn an 80% participating interest in the Yamarna Joint Venture Project.

DOMAIN MINING NL
Domain is the entity which holds Yamarna ’s interests in the Horan’s Small Dam Project and the Indee Project. During November 2000 the Company announced its intention to sell all the shares in its subsidiary company Domain Mining NL to De Grey Mining Limited (“De Grey”), subject to De Grey listing on the ASX.

During the 2000 financial year the Company acquired an interest in U.S.based technology company Laugh.com.  

On 20th January 2006 the company announced that it had reached agreement with Asarco
Exploration Company Inc (“Asarco”), the 80% shareholder and operator of the Yamarna Joint Venture Project, to restructure the ownership of the project. As a consequence of these protracted negotiations both Asarco and Yamarna entered into an agreement with Eleckra Mines Limited.

That agreement provides for Eleckra to acquire their respective interests in the Yamarna Joint Venture Project, subject to Eleckra successfully raising a minimum amount of $4 million (maximum of $6 million) and listing on the Australian Stock Exchange. It is understood that a disclosure document for the offer of the securities by Eleckra will be made available when the securities are offered. Any person wishing to acquire the securities will need to complete the application form that will be in or will accompany the disclosure document.

As previously announced, the Yamarna Joint Venture Gold Project contains an estimated
measured, indicated and inferred resource of 12.6 Mt @ 1.82 gpt Au, containing 738,000 ounces of gold in accordance with the JORC Code. The directors of Yamarna are of the opinion that the sale to Eleckra is a positive step for the project.

Yamarna will maintain a significant shareholding in Eleckra.

trotzdem finde ich jede kritik und lob positiv . daraus können wir alle lernen und gehen nicht blind durchs leben.

wie bist du eigentlich auf diesen wert gekommen? hast du diesen selbst im depo?

wenn 27 mil. aktien am jahresanfang vom vorstand verkauft wurden hat dies dem kurs sicherlich nichts getan - siehe kursverlauf!!

neue und mehr aktionäre forden den vorstand zu neue und besser zahlen!! siehe zb daimler!

so , noch einen schönen muttertag und viel spass mit den aktien und all den anderen produkten die es am markt gibt.

Pusherblätter haben doch viele erst in diesen Wert reingelockt damit die Vorständen die möglichkeit haben Ihre Stücke unters Volk zu bringen(Käuflich sind wir doch alle).

Die Vorstände hätten sicherlich nicht Ihre Pakete auf den Markt schmeissen können gäbe es keine Empfehlungsschreiben einiger Schlauberger mit Ihren 2000% Chancen
(Goldreport,Pennystockreport ect.).

wieso kauft chiefley investors zu 0,7 aud wenn der jetzige kurs bei gerade einmal 0,008 aud liegt? 301 mil aud für 34% eines unternehmens zu bezahlen, das gerade einmal 6,5 mio aud an der börse wert ist!? entweder sind wir morgen reich, oder es handelt sich dabei um einen druckfehler! bei der bewertung wäre das ganze unternehmen 867 mio aud wert!!!!

das versteh ich auch nicht. Bei den Zahlen kann man sich auch nicht groß verrechnen. Die Zahlen sind so richti. Die Frage jetzt nur, ob die Informationen der Zahlen stimmen.
Ich kann nicht glauben, dass einer das 50-fache des Marktwertes bezahlen will. Das wäre dumm.
Aber sollte dies stimmen, wäre es unglaublich, nicht auszudenken wo dann der Kurs steht.
Abwarten was in den nächsten Tagen passiert.

weder auf der hp von yamarna noch auf der hompage der australischen börse sind infos zu finden! auch hat sich der kurs in frankfurt kein stück bewegt! wär die info wahr hätte sich doch zumindest der spread geändert! wären die news wahr, hätten sie solche wellen geschlagen, dass das viele mitbekommen hätten müssen!
