SAN DIEGO, Feb. 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Mind Solutions, Inc. (OTC - VOISD), has completed the recapitalization of the Company and reduced the number of outstanding shares down to 4,221,358. With a tight capital structure and the recently completed NeuroSync BCI now selling on the market, Mind Solutions is positioned for rapid growth. The Company plans to make NeuroSync the best selling BCI (Brain-Computer-Interface) on the market. The NeuroSync fits conveniently on your ear like a bluetooth cellular device and receives electrical signals from the brain through the inner ear canal. These signals are transferred to actions on the user's desktop computer and mobile smart phones. There are approximately 100 Apps that are compatible with NeuroSync currently on the market.

The Management of Mind Solutions has filed a new patent with the USPTO to secure a strong foothold in the future of Brain-Computer-Interface technology. The patent pending can be summarized as a cloud based server that captures data from BCI signals, which can be used for data analytics, much like the macro data gathered from Google search engines. This receipt of raw data may be analyzed and used in many ways in the near future, such as predicting trends, understanding social and cultural ideals and applying the data collected to research.
