4TR)(EURONEXT: TBIRD) announced that with respect to the
advertisement dated 29 September 2009 and the Prospectus issued by
Thunderbird dated 29 September 2009 (the "Prospectus") and in
connection with changes to the Prospectus, Thunderbird has published
a supplement to the Prospectus dated 1 October 2009 (the
"Supplement").
 
The Supplement is supplemental to, forms part of, and should be read
in conjunction with, the Prospectus and, where indicated, supersedes
and amends the Prospectus. If no amendments to the Prospectus are
indicated, the relevant information in the Prospectus continues to be
in accordance with the facts and does not omit anything likely to
