U.C.A. AG: Half year results up to 30.06.2007 in accordance with theGerman Commercial Code (HGB)

With sales revenue and other operating income amounting to a total of Euro 0.73 million (prev. yr. Euro 0.97 million), earnings from ordinary activities (EBT) were Euro 0.57 million (prev. yr. Euro ./. 0.36 million.) The EBT includes both investment income as well as price gains from sales of securities and a net interest yield. In June 2007, U.C.A. credited a dividend of Euro 0.6 million of the Microventure to income. According to the German Commercial Code, the book value of the investment portfolio still amounts to Euro 11.8 million up to 30.06.07. It includes a total of five listed investments within the U.C.A. Group. U.C.A.'s activities cover three segments in the future: In the field of the classically small and medium-sized technology enterprises (SME) mainly through the DeTeBe, in the field of Corporate Restructuring through the MicroVenture and COREST and in the field of Internet/e-business and Web in future through an intended organisational combination of aovo, Sportnex, MyBlog, Datapharm, Performaxx and Sevenval.
