RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The company is pleased to announce that all resolutions contained in the Notice of Meeting
dated 25 August 2014 and put to the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held in
Adelaide at 10:00 am today were approved by shareholders on a show of hands, with
unanimous support from shareholders present at the meeting.
Disclosure of Proxy Results
In accordance with Section 251AA(1) of the Corporations Act, the following is provided to the
Australian Securities Exchange in relation to the resolutions considered by the members of
Clean Seas Tuna Limited at its Annual General Meeting held on 1 October 2014.
The specific voting preferences indicated by 313 valid proxies holding 192,044,900 ordinary
shares who had directed their voting preference or had left their voting preference open at the
proxy’s discretion were as follows:

Resolution 1 – Adoption of the remuneration report had 66,281,758 votes in favour and
11,346,714 open votes eligible to be voted in favour by the Chair. This represents 98.0% of
votes cast being in favour of the resolution.
Resolution 3 – This special resolution to adopt a new Constitution had 174,970,446 votes in
favour and 11,557,114 open votes eligible to be voted in favour by the Chair. This represents
99.8% of votes being cast in favour of the resolution, which being a special resolution required
75% to be approved.The presentations made by the Chairman, Paul Steere and the Chief Executive, Craig Foster
have been lodged with the ASX.
