Hello everyone,
My family and I were in Vegas for the past few days. Yesterday, before we started back to so cal, I went by CBAI.
I was just planning on looking at the outside but I decided to see if they were open. They were. The receptionist greeted me and called Matt up to the lobby area. He was very willing to speak with an investor. He gave me a nice tour of the facility including showing me the tanks (about 12 in there now, more to come) and the lab. He also showed me where the file room was, the office spaces, additional storage spaces, etc...
Those of you that will be there on the 22nd will be impressed. The facility is set up very nice. You can see the airport from the main cross st (Bruce St). Very close.
I noticed a couple things I liked. Very clean. Well organized, and not a lot of waste going around. If you remember the .com days, there was excess everything (furniture, computers, toys, games, etc..etc...). Matt and company seemed to be spending money wisely. I also liked the amount of space they have to expand.
I was able to meet some of the staff, and viewed others working hard. They all seem to be very focused on not just the opening, but the aftermath and the expectations to come with it. They were all very nice and were willing to share a few moments of what they are doing currently.
Oh, and Matt is very aware of the bashers and pumpers out there. He said something very simplistic about all those that have something bad to say. Basically...."our address is out there so come and by anytime to see us."
I left the bldg. no longer looking at this as a long term trade but a long term investment. I feel my money is very safe and will give great returns in the future.
By the way, when going south on the strip, turn right on Left on E Sunset Blvd (the sign will actually say W Sunset Blvd on the overhead), then turn right on Bruce (very small street and hard to see sign). All the way down and right on Helm
Merry Xmas
