Auf meine weitere Emailanfrage, ob man mir evtl. den Finanzdienstleister nennen könne, der u.a. auch meine Share hält, bekam ich folgende Antwort:

Dear ........
The shares held on your behalf in a nominee account (and often on behalf of other clients) are typically “pooled” and there is only one entry on the shareholder register for all of them. This entry is in the nominee’s name and the nominee is the company member with the right to receive notices from the company and attend and vote at general meetings. The underlying holders of the shares are “beneficial holders” but are not members and their details do not appear on our shareholder register. The company will therefore not recognise you as a shareholder on its register.
There is an alternative to “pooled” nominees which are “designated” nominee accounts, but the shares are still in essence held in the nominee’s name with an account designation on the shareholder register relating to the individual beneficial holding. However, this is often simply a reference number that is meaningful only to the nominee account holder.
If you hold your shares in a nominee account and are not on the share register, you will not receive communications from the company and will not have an automatic right to attend and vote at general meetings even though you are the beneficial holder of the shares. However, you can normally request that a nominee appoints you as a “corporate representative” in which case you do have a right to attend and vote at general meetings on behalf of the nominee in respect of your beneficial shareholding. You can also instruct your nominee to vote your shares for you.
I would advise that you contact the bank or stockbroker through which you purchased your shares as they should be able to provide details of the nominee account. Unfortunately, as your name does not appear on our Register of Members, we are unable to identify which nominee is holding your shares.
Communications sent to shareholders are, however, available to view on our corporate website at:

Please do let me know if you require any further information.
Kind regards
Julie
