Prophecy Resource Corp reports that the measured and indicated coal mineral resources within its Chandgana Khavtgai coal project located in east central Mongolia exceeds one billion tonnes of coal.
The resource estimate is based on information from exploration programs completed in 2007 and this year. This year's program included 13 drill holes totaling 2,250 metres of infill drilling, 8 seismic geophysical lines totaling 11.3 km, and total magnetic field mapping of 5.1 sq km. A total of 274 core samples were obtained for analysis.
The exploration program confirmed the continuation of the major coal seamat Khavtgai. Further, the exploration program has increased the confidence in the previously defined Inferred portion of the Khavtgai Project's coal resource in to Indicated and Measured mineral resources. Khavtgai is estimated to contain a Measured and Indicated coal resource of 1.070 billion tonnes of which 524.3 million tonnes (49%) is in the Measured category and 545.7 million tonnes (51%) is in the Indicated category.
The Khavtgai coal project and neighboring Chandgana Tal coal project, both 100% owned by Prophecy, are approximately 9 kilomter apart. Analytical results of the core samples confirm the coal has desirable thermal coal characteristics including low ash, low sulfur content and moderate heating value. The average in place coal quality for Khavtgai has ash (air dried) 12.66, sulfur (air dried) 0.72, and gross calorific value (air dried) 4,354 kcal/kg (7,837 Btu/lb). By comparison the average in-place coal quality for Chandgana Tal has ash (air dried) 12.49, sulfur (air dried) 0.68, and gross calorific value (air dried) 4,238 kcal/kg (7,628 Btu/lb).
The combined resource estimates for the Chandgana projects total 1,211.3 million tonnes of Measured and Indicated mineral resources of thermal coal. Both projects have low stripping ratios, 0.53:1 in the case of Tal and 1.9:1 in the case of Khavtgai with respective average coal seam thicknesses of 45.4 and 37.7 metres.

das sah eig auch prima aus und ab 12 cent gings runter und das stetig. Ich hab darauf gewartet, dass
der Kurs mal anzieht und sich festigt, ja kla, ich war dann der, der bei 43cent gekauft hat, genau an der Spitze.
Und 2 Tage später sind die 36 wieder da `argh`
Aber wie du schon sagst, wenn der Knoten platzt, sollte es recht flott wieder rauf gehen.
Nun ja Goldaktien sind zurzeit ja nicht so der renner. Meiner meinung nach Kaufkurse, aber wenn hier die 0,35-0,36cent halten sieht es nicht schlecht aus. Könnte mir vorstellen das wir heute schon wieder steigen. Gruß

Ich meine damit, ob es dann komplett losgehen kann, oder ob noch andere Rahmenbedingungen fehlen.

Das Problem ist doch, bei so einem kleinem Kurs/Volumen... da kann charttechnisch alles toll stehen und
trotzdem gehts runterm wenn die Meldungern nicht stimmen. Deshalb, bin ich wohl hier einer der Pessimisten (noch) ;)

egal ob methode oder indikator, bei einem pennystock ist das ganz schwer zu ergründen.

Hmmh, nu versteh ich garnix mehr. Macht nix. Du gehst ja selbst davon aus, dass die fundamentals stimmen. Da sind wir uns einig.
Und der Kurs?
Wenn PCY die Abbaugenehmigung bekommt und es ihnen gelingt, Abnehmer für ihre Kohle zu finden, bin ich mir ziemlich sicher, dass man beim gegenwärtigen Kursniveau mittel- und langfristig kein Geld verlieren kann. Alles andere sollte man einfach abwarten; oder zocken, je nach Strategie. Aber Zocken ist bei den geringen Ausschlägen zur Zeit nicht so interessant.

(see Prophecy news release dated July 16, 2010) and (c) $5 million at such time as Prophecy completes an off-take agreement for the Ulaan Ovoo property.
John Lee CEO and Co-Chairman of Prophecy, stated today that: 'We are pleased to have Waterton as a new stakeholder in Prophecy. The proceeds will fully fund Ulaan Ovoo's 2010 capital expenditure to production, which includes continuing road improvement, infrastructure upgrade at the mine site and at the rail station, fleet purchase, and personnel recruits. We now also have a marketing budget to increase investor and community awareness throughout Mongolia, Asia and North America.'
The Loan is due by August 31, 2011 and bears interest at 10% per annum. A structuring fee of $50,000 and 1% of the third tranche (if drawn down) is payable in cash. In conjunction with the closing of the Loan, we will issue 1,000,000 common shares to Waterton. In the event that the third tranche of the Loan is drawn, the Company shall issue a further 1,000,000 common shares to Waterton. The Shares issuable to Waterton will be subject to a four month hold period.
Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. acted as Financial Advisor to the Company with respect to the Loan.

Ich denke, dass die letzte Genehmigung definitiv kommen wird. Hier ist alles zu 99,9% in trockenen Tüchern - für mich ist es unvorstellbar, dass die mongolische Regierung hier noch einmal einen Strich durch die Rechnung machen wird. Denn dies wäre industriepolitisch ein Super-GAU für die Mongolei. Welcher Investor würde dann dort noch Millionen investieren?
Wobei wir nicht vergessen sollten, dass die Mongolei durch die Genehmigung auch einiges an Geld durch Steuern oder was auch immer einnehmen wird und besonders Länder, in denen kaum Industrie oder sonstige Firmen sitzen, sind froh, wenn sich Unternehmen niederlassen.
Und bei den Abbauaussichten, die riesige Menge an Kohle, würde sich die Mongolei doch selber schaden, wenn sie PRC Steine in den Weg legen würde.
Ein weiterer Grund, warum das Unternehmen gut aufstellt ist: Wer Geld hat, andere Unternehmen aufzukaufen, dem kann es wirtschaftlich nicht schlecht gehen und genug Cash in der Kasse haben sie auch noch, was will man mehr? Zumal bei diesem Aktienkurs.
Ich war lange echt nicht überzeugt, was diese Unternehmen betrifft, aber mittlerweile kann ich damit anfreunden, meine Position zu erhöhen, bei der Potenzial kommt's auf ein paar Wochen früher oder später auch nicht mehr drauf an.

Vancouver (British Columbia), 2. September 2010. Prophecy Resource Corp. (Prophecy oder das Unternehmen) (TSX-V: PCY; OTCQX: PRPCF; Frankfurt: 1P2) arrangierte mit Waterton Global Value L.P. (Waterton) eine Darlehensfazilität von bis zu 10 Millionen $ (der Kredit). Der Kredit kann unter gewissen Umständen in drei Tranchen in Anspruch genommen werden, und zwar wie folgt: (a) 2 Millionen $ am Abschlussdatum (1. September), (b) 3 Millionen $ an jenem Tag, an dem Prophecy den Erwerb von Northern Platinum Ltd. abschließt (siehe Prophecys Pressemitteilung vom 16. Juli 2010) sowie (c) 5 Millionen $ sobald Prophecy ein Abnahmeabkommen bezüglich des Grundstücks Ulaan Ovoo abschließt.
John Lee, Chairman und Co-Chairman von Prophecy, sagte heute: Wir freuen uns, in Waterton einen neuen Interessensvertreter von Prophecy gewonnen zu haben. Die Einnahmen werden zur Gänze für die Kapitalausgaben 2010 bei der Weiterentwicklung von Ulaan Ovoo in die Produktion verwendet werden, einschließlich der weiteren Straßenverbesserungen, des Ausbaus der Infrastruktur beim Minenstandort und beim Bahnhof, des Erwerbs von Arbeitsgeräten sowie der Einstellung von Personal. Wir verfügen nun auch über ein Marketing-Budget, um unsere Präsenz in der Investment-Community der Mongolei, Asiens und Nordamerikas zu erhöhen.
