At its meeting on 8 May 2018, Acron Board of Directors recommended that the annual general meeting pay (declare) dividends for 2017 in cash at the rate of RUB 185 per Acrons share.
The Board of Directors proposed to set the record date for persons entitled to dividends for 14 June 2018.
