AM Gold Inc. (TSX-V: AMG; Frankfurt: AMX) (AM Gold oder das Unternehmen) freut sich bekannt zu geben, dass Brian Leslie Cole, P.Geo., eine qualifizierte Person gemäß National Instrument 43-101, für das Unternehmen einen aktualisierten Bericht gemäß National Instrument 43-101 (der Bericht) erstellt hat. Der Bericht beinhaltet eine aktualisierte abgeleitete Ressourcenschätzung von 79,3 Millionen Tonnen mit einem Gehalt von 0,5 g/t Gold und etwa 1,32 Millionen enthaltenen Feinunzen Gold auf dem Grundstück Red Mountain (Yukon Territory, Kanada).
Die aktualisierte abgeleitete Ressourcenschätzung für das Grundstück Red Mountain steigerte die vorherige Ressourcenschätzung von etwa 542.000 enthaltenen Feinunzen Gold (23,6 Millionen Tonnen mit einem Gehalt von 0,7 g/t Gold), welche am 16. Juni 2010 in derselben Kategorie gemeldet wurde.
Bei der Ressourcenschätzung wurden die Ergebnisse von 24 Schrägbohrlöchern (insgesamt 6.609 Meter) verwendet. Diese weisen eine durchschnittliche Tiefe von 275 Metern auf; die größte Tiefe beläuft sich auf 527 Meter. Die Neigungen variierten zwischen -50 und -80°. Die Größe der Bohrlöcher variierte von HTW bis NQ und die Bohrlöcher erstrecken sich über 22 Abschnittslinien mit einem Abstand von 25 oder 50 Metern.

Heute mal +12,5 % plus in can bei halbwegs guten Umsatz. Hoffentlich läuft mir der Kurs nicht weg will noch ein paar kaufen.
Halte AM Gold massivst unterbewertet. Derzeitige Resourcen ca 2-3 mio Oz Gold wobei ich davon ausgehe das alleine in Red Mountain min. 5-6 mio Oz liegen.
Wenn man davon ausgeht das ein Junior Explorer mit ca 1% des Situ bewertet sein kann/sollte so hat der Wert luft bis ca 90 mio $ Marketcap.Bei ca 68 mio Aktien gibt sich ein Aktienwert bis ca.1,38$. Allerdings könnte noch eine Verwässerung kommen.

Auf Tageshöchstkurs geschlossen 0,155 Can$ +29%, mal sehen ob es Anschlusskäufe gibt oder ob es ein Strohfeuer war, zumindest ausgebombt ist der Wert.

Vorbörslich liegt BID /ASK bei 0,180 Can$. Falls der Kurs mir weglaufen sollte, was ich etwas bedauere da ich aufstocken wollte, dann geh ich in exter.Ebenfalls ein Wert der in meinen Augen zu billig ist.

Habe mich erstmal für Exeter entschieden. Gehe mal davon aus das AM Gold demnächst neues Geld braucht und der Kurs dafür nach unten gedrückt wird.

The results received to date demonstrate that Red Mountain is comprised of an extensive gold-mineralized Tombstone intrusive rock complex enveloped by a thin carapace-like envelope of altered sedimentary rocks which are also mineralized with gold. The program to date has established the potential for extensive tonnages of mineralized material starting at surface that will require additional drilling to understand the scope and size of the potential target. The mineralized footprint is now known to extend for 1,050 meters in a northwest-southeast direction, at least 600 meters lateral to that direction and open in all directions and to depth.
Neil Downey, vice-president of exploration for AM Gold, states "With the 2011 drill program we have increased the areal extent of the mineralized footprint previously identified in 2010 by over 350%. To date every core hole from our 2010 and 2011 drill season has encountered gold mineralization. Our focus for 2010-2011 has been on resource expansion; the next step and priority will be to identify higher-grade zones through the interpretation of geophysics and geochemistry as we continue to focus on resource growth."
Wenn die so weiter machen könnte noch ein 10 mio Unzen Deposit daraus werden. Vererzungsgrade könnten was besser sein, dann wäre es super, aber vielleicht kommt das noch.

AM Gold Demonstrates Large Volumes of Gold-Bearing Rock Through Extensive Drilling on Red Mountain Dome, Yukon Territory, Canada
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 23, 2012) - AM GOLD INC. (TSX VENTURE:AMG)(FRANKFURT:AMX) ("AM Gold" or the "Company") has demonstrated through its 2010-2011 drill programs, that Red Mountain is comprised of an extensive gold-mineralized Tombstone intrusive rock complex enveloped by a carapace-like zone of altered sedimentary rocks which are also mineralized with gold. The Company has established the potential for extensive tonnages of material extending to depth from surface that will require additional drilling to delineate its overall distribution.
Red Mountain is a dome rising 500 meters above the surrounding valley elevation of 1,000 meters. Geological, geophysical and geochemical data together with 16,572 meters of drilling in 61 diamond drill holes to date show that much of Red Mountain is prospective for gold mineralization. A volume of prospective rock measuring 3.5 by 2 kilometers in surface extent and extending to at least 500 meters depth has been established from the geological and geochemical data framework. Geophysical data indicates the intrusive rock forms the core of the dome extending to over 1000 meters in depth. The prospective intrusive host rock is interpreted to comprise a volume potentially exceeding 5 cubic kilometers.
This news release includes a comprehensive tabulation summarizing the previously disclosed intervals identified from the completed 2010 and 2011 diamond drill holes - all of which exhibit gold mineralization. In total, the Company drilled 35 holes at Red Mountain in 2010 and 2011. The results from the 35 drill holes were disclosed in the Company's news releases dated October 5, 2010, October 25, 2010, November 4, 2010, November 16, 2010, November 30, 2010, November 22, 2010, September 12, 2011, October 3, 2011, November 21, 2011 and January 11, 2012, copies of such news releases are available under the Company's SEDAR profile at www.sedar.com. A chart summarizing a comprehensive list of all the holes drilled by the Company to date at Red Mountain will be posted on the Company website at www.amgold.ca.
The Company expects to file an updated National Instrument 43-101 technical report for its Red Mountain property in the first Quarter of 2012. The updated technical report is expected to incorporate the results from the Company's 2011 drill program. The current inferred mineral resource estimate for Red Mountain is 79 M tonnes @ 0.52 g/t gold containing 1.32 M troy ounces of gold, utilizing a cut-off grade of 0.2 g/t gold (see the Company's news release of December 2, 2010 for the first time disclosure of the inferred resource estimate).

TORONTO, Canada (February 1, 2012) Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX: PNP), announces that on January 31, 2012, it acquired ownership of 201,500 common shares ("Common Shares";) of AM Gold Inc. ("AM Gold";) through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange, representing approximately 0.3% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of AM Gold as of January 31, 2012. As a result of this transaction, Pinetree held, as at January 31, 2012, an aggregate of 6,500,000 common shares of AM Gold, including the Common Shares, and rights to acquire an additional 500,000 common shares of AM Gold upon exercise of certain convertible securities (the "Convertible Securities";). In the event that the Convertible Securities are fully exercised, the holdings of Pinetree represents a total of 7,000,000 common shares of AM Gold, or approximately 10.1% of all issued and outstanding common shares as at January 31, 2012, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the Convertible Securities only.
