schöner Bericht über Globex inkl. Übersicht der aktiven Projekte. Habe bei W:O auch noch ne ähnliche, aber recht gute Zusammenfassung gefunden:
- Globex Mining wurde 1983 von Jack Stoch (B.Sc., P.Geo., President, CEO, Direktor und Grossaktionär) übernommen und seitdem von ihm erfolgreich geführt
- Globex Mining ist kein reiner Explorer mit wenigen Projekten sondern eher eine Art Explorations-, und Beteiligugsgesellschaft mit derzeit über 70 größtenteils im Eigentum befindlichen Projekten. Diese Projekte decken fast das komlette Spektrum der Edel-, und Industriemetallsparte wie z.B. Gold, Silber, Uran, Zink, Platin, Palladium, Molybdän, Magnesium, Diamanten ab. Über 20 dieser Projekte beinhalten nachgewiesene Rohstoffe oder befinden sich im fortgeschrittenen Explorationsstadium.
- Das Geschäftsmodell von Globex bietet drei Möglichkeiten an:
1) Man bietet ein Projekt einer anderen Firma als Option an (z.B. FabieBay Mine). Hierbei sichert man sich vertraglich zukünftige Zahlungen verschiedener Höhe in Form von Royalties oder Gewinnbeteiligungen auf die zukünftige Produktion. Zusätzlich sind zu bestimmten, vertraglich vorher festgelegten Zeitpunkten auch Zahlungen der optionierenden Firmen in Bar oder Aktien an Globex in unterschiedlicher Höhe fällig.

3) Man schliesst ein Joint-Venture (JV) mit anderen Firmen und versucht, die aussichtsreichsten Projekte zügig zur Produktion zu bringen (Bsp. JV Globex-Queenston / Wood-Pandorra)
- Globex ist SCHULDENFREI und generiert seit Jahren Einnahmen (nachzulesen in den Jahresberichten www.sedar.com). Auf Wunsch einiger Aktionäre wurde in der letzten News Release vom 13.06.2007 eine Aufstellung der zu erwartenden Einnahmen über die nächsten 12 Monate gemacht. Diese Erwartungen stellen im Vergleich zum jetzigen Aktien/Cashbestand eine zu erwartende Erhöhung von 7,72 Mio. CAD auf dann 17,6 Mio. CAD, eine Steigerung von ca. 127,97%, dar.
- Globex hat z.Zt. 16,680,950 ausstehende Aktien, welche mit Stand 14.06.2007 (Schlusskurs CAN) eine Marktkapitalisierung von "NUR" 80,068,560 CAD aufweisen. Desweiteren wird vom CEO sehr darauf geachtet, Shareholder Value zu schaffen und die Ausgabe weiterer Aktien (Verwässerung) zu vermeiden. In einem letztjährigen Private Placement wurden z.B. Aktien über dem damaligen Marktwert ausgegeben.
Dies ist aber nur aufgrund des einzigartigen Geschäftsmodels von Globex möglich, indem die meisten Kosten zur Entwicklung versch. Projekte bis zur Produktion meist von den optionierenden Firmen getragen werden müssen. Diese Kosten auf verschiedenen Projekten werden (siehe news 13.06.07) in den nächsten 12 Monaten vorraussichtlich ca. 125 Mio. CAD betragen, mit keinen Kosten für Globex.
- Da sich die meisten Globex Projekte im Staat Quebec befinden, kann Globex an einem staatlichen Förderprogramm für Explorationsausgaben teilnehmen und erhält 42% seiner Ausgaben hierfür zurück.
- Jack Stoch ist Großaktionär von Globex (16,4% Stand 28.06.06) und somit sicherlich an einer Wertsteigerung seiner Firma interessiert.
Ich möchte erstmal bewusst nicht auf die einzelnen Projekte eingehen, da dies sehr, sehr umfangreich ist. Es kann sich aber jeder selber ein Bild machen, indem er alle Projekte durcharbeitet, News Releases und Quartals-, bzw. Jahresberichte (www.sedar.com) und korrespondierende Informationen (Homepages und news der beteiligten Firmen) durchliest. Auf 2 Projekte möchte ich hier aber noch hinweisen, aus einem Grund, sie stehen nämlich bereits kurz vor der Produktion:
- Tennessee Zinc Mines (hierbei erhält man eine 1,4% Royalty auf die gesamte Produktion der Minen bei einem LME Zink Preis über US$ 1,10)
- Fabie Bay Mine (2% Royalty und später 10% Royalty, auch auf die Produktion der angrenzenden Magusi River Mine, nachdem CAD 10 Mio. umgesetzt wurden)
Alleine aus diesen 2 Projekten wird zukünftig mit jährlichen Einnahmen in Höhe von ca. CAD 7,5 Mio. bei gleichbleibenden Metallpreisen gerechnet (news 13.06.07)

Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. (TSX: GMX)(FRANKFURT, STUTTGART, BERLIN, MUNICH, XETRA:G1M)(PINK SHEETS: GLBXF) is pleased to update shareholders on progress at Globex's Rousseau Gold property in Quebec under option to Gold Bullion Development Corp. (TSX VENTURE: GBB).
Globex has optioned the Rousseau property to Gold Bullion while maintaining a 6% Net Metal Royalty, (6% of the metal produced; at no cost to Globex) and a $30,000 per year advance royalty. To date, under the agreement, Globex has received $65,000 and 100,000 Gold Bullion shares.

"Frank J. Basa, President of Gold Bullion Development Corp. (the "Company") announces that the Company has received a certificate authorizing the extraction of a 40,000-tonne bulk sample from the underground workings of the Rousseau gold deposit from the Ministere du Developpement durable, de l'Environnement et des Parcs du Quebec (Quebec Department of Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks). Management has received competing bids from three mining contractors to undertake the first phase of the program which includes dewatering and the rehabilitation of the ramp. In the coming weeks, a contractor will be selected to undertake this program. After completion of the first phase, it is the intent of the Company to resample the underground workings and develop a mining plan to extract up to 40,000 metric tonnes of mill feed which will be processed at the Company's Granada Mine and Mill site."

GLOBEX MINING: COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM UNDERWAY AT GETTY LEAD-ZINC DEPOSIT
Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. is providing shareholders with an update on Globex's Getty lead-zinc royalty property in Nova Scotia held by Acadia Mining Corp.
Globex holds a 1-per-cent GMR royalty on all-mineral production from the property, one-half of which can be purchased by Acadian Mining at any time for $300,000.
According to an Acadian Mining news in Stockwatch dated June 27, 2007, the following work has begun on the property.
"A comprehensive program is under way to further evaluate the development potential of the Getty deposit (lead-zinc) located 700 metres west of the Scotia mine's Main deposit. The program includes completing a National Instrument 43-101-compliant resource estimation based on historical drill data and a diamond drilling program comprising at least 100 drill holes. The drilling program will include redrilling selected historical holes, infill drilling to provide coverage on 50-metre centres and exploration holes to expand the deposit. The exploration drilling will comprise approximately 35 holes, representing approximately one-third of the drill program."
Globex is pleased with the scope of the program being undertaken and the rapid rate at which it is being done. The Getty property is one of a series of active royalty properties within Globex's royalty portfolio. Others include the Fabie Bay copper-silver deposit, the Magusi River copper, zinc, gold, silver deposit, the SRA Tennessee zinc mines, the Russian Kid gold deposit and the Rousseau gold deposit.

(TSX:GMX) (FRANKFURT, STUTTGART, BERLIN, MUNICH, XETRA:G1M) (OTCQX:GLBXF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Daniel Bernard to the position of Executive Vice-President of Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. Mr. Bernard brings to Globex a varied skill-set of technical expertise in geological sciences and administration.
The appointment of Mr. Bernard will free up the President to devote more time to those aspects of Globex's business which will generate more assets, property options, revenue and royalties.
Mr. Bernard has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, specifically geological engineering, a Master's degree in Science (structural geology) and a Master's degree in Business Administration.
