"200 million unique visitors of the flagship-site" ??????

Derzeit sind es nicht ganz 7 Millionen monthly Unique Visitors. Wer nachrechnet merkt schnell, daß das noch nicht mal 100 Millionen auf jährliche Sicht ergibt. Und eigentlich ist der Begriff "unique Visitor" bei dieser Jährlichen Hochrechnung auch irreführend, weil eben nur monatlich darauf geachtet wird, ob der User die Seite "neu" besucht hat.  Entweder schmückt sich Fred Thiel hier mit verwelktem Lorbeer oder er weiss schon, daß man wieder mehr Traffic zukaufen wird. Dann müssten aber die Umsatzprognosen höher sein.

Auch bei der Finanzierung bleibt ein großes Fragezeichen. Ein allgemeines, "wir finden schon eine gute Lösung" macht mich als Aktionär eher nervös.  

Im Prinzip ist das ganze hier weiterhin ein Hoch-Risiko-Invest!  

zu CEO Thiel verwendet p.huettl den Begriff Monthly Unique Visitors. Da es sich um einen Jahresbericht handelt und 200 Millionen in den USA nicht einmal von Facebook und Google bei den Monthly Unique Visitors erreicht werden, wusste wohl jeder, der sich mit der Material beschäftigt, dass es hier um die Zahl für das gesamte Jahr 2014 handelte.

auch ein Trafficrückgang stattgefunden, wodurch die Umsätze im Bereich Owned and Operated so stark zurückgegangen sind, dass dies der Network-Bereich nicht kompensieren konnte. Ein Grund dafür ist eine Neujustierung der Suche bei Google unter dem Namen Pigeon, wodurch der zugekaufte Traffic weniger Traffic brachte. Übersehen wird aber dabei, dass man diesen Trafficzukauf in einer Art Versteigerung erwirbt und man daher für den Zukauf weniger bezahlen muss - so waren besipielsweise die cost of revenues in 2014 nur 2/3 derjenigen von 2013. Ein weiterer Grund war die Qualitätskontrolle nTegrity, die obskuren Traffic zu verhindern versucht.

If you buy potatoes for $10 and sell it for $15, you win $5. And if you buy potatoes for $7 and sell it for $ 12, you win $5. Same happened by Local Corp: Local Corp had lower revenues from bought traffic and must pay less for this traffic.

Because a lot of idiots don't understand this simple interdependence, the situation of today is a reason for a strong buy.

Now w have an Ebitda-range of $2.2 million to $2.4 million against $2.0 million to $2.4 Million in the previous guidance. Local Corp has through the Pigeon-Update of Google a lower RUV, but must pay on the other site a lower amount to Google for the from Google bought traffic. The result are lower revenues of Local Corp, but a little bit better EBITDA

dass dieser Umsatzrückgang eine Drittelung des Kurses in drei Monaten rechtfertigt, zumal ich auch schon beim Ausgangskurs für die Circa-Drittelung vor drei Monaten eine extreme Unterbewertung sehe.

All das ist der Grund dafür, dass ich meinen Bestand inzwischen auf 121.000 Stück hochgefahren habe.

Ich würde es fair finden, wenn auch andere hier Postende ihre Positionen offenlegen  - denn die Umsätze waren ja in Deutschland in der letzten Zeit größer als in der Vergangenheit und ich war es sicher allein, der für diese Umsätze verantwortlich war.

des CEO sehe ich keine Falschaussage, denn vier mal 55 Millionen = 220 Millionen.

Nicht ausschließen will ich allerdings, dass z.B. Messdienste wie quancast die Zahlen für operated properties nicht Local Corp zurechnen und ganz sicher nicht die Auslandszahlen von nQuery berücksichtigen, wenn überhaupt Zahlen von nQuery

auch die Finanzierung nicht besonders nervös, obwohl mir eine Ersatz der alten Fremdfinanzierung durch eine neue Fremdfinanzierung oder die Verwertung von Aktiva (Patentverkauf mit kostenloser Rücklizenzierung) lieber wäre als ein Ausgabe von zusätzlichen neuen Aktien bei dem momentan niedrigen Kurs.

Erst wenn das nicht oder nur teilweise klappen sollte, käme die von mir nicht so geliebte Finanzierung durch die Ausgabe neuer Aktien ins Spiel, denn die wrüde das zukünftige Kurspotenzial beschneiden.
