They have mutually agreed to extend the due diligence period of OTI's SmartID division acquisition until December 8, 2013.
The due diligence process was extended due to the large volume and size of OTI's SmartID contracts and bids, as well as the breadth and complexity of the intellectual property assets Supercom intends to purchase.

So clearly, there was huge growth. Keep in mind much of this is related to the acquisition of SmartID which was a large deal for them. Consider that SmartID was posting about $20 mln in annual revenue while SuperCom posted $8.8 mln in 2013. The combined company should triple SPCB's revenue and be in the $30 mln revenue range in 2014. And with SmartID's products being higher margin, that is having a double positive effect on results this year. Also, SmartID's focus on the e-ID market means more government customers so these are longer term projects with more stable revenue streams. Today's contract win shows SuperCOm is making progress on the e-ID front.

Supercom brachte selbst Erfolgsmeldungen und rühmte den Zukauf der ID-Sparte
Supercom wusste, auf was sie sich einlassen, denn vor etwa zehn Jahren lief der Verkauf andersrum. Oti kaufte den ID-Bereich von Supercom und rettete damit Supercom vor der Pleite!!!!!
Für mich ist es eine klare Angelegenheit und ich denke, das Gericht wird zu unseren Gunsten entscheiden.
