(www .asiapaccapital.ca), is pleased to advise that it has retained the services of Alberto P. Morillo and Ramon G. Santos to provide consulting services for its natural resource projects.
Alberto P. Morillo
Mr. Morillo will be responsible for corporate relations with the government and third party companies with whom the Company works. Mr. Morillo graduated with a B.S. degree in economics from the Philippine Womens University. His post-graduate studies saw him earn a Masters degree in strategic management, and culminated in a PhD in Development Administration. A career in the Philippine Army saw him rise through the ranks to Brigadier General by the time he retired in 2005. Most recently, he served as the Undersecretary in a number of government roles, including the Department of Energy and Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
Ramon G. Santos
Mr. Santos will provide additional geological expertise for the Company. Mr. Morillo is a trained geologist with a B.S. in Geology from the University of the Philippines. He also has completed numerous post graduate courses in business and geology, as well as Management Development training from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).
He has extensive experience as a geologist and in senior management roles for a number of resource related companies in the Philippines. These include; Phillips Petroleum Company in Manila; Philippine National Oil Company-Exploration Corporation; Basic Petroleum and Minerals Inc.; Forum Pacific Inc.; and eventually founded First Exploration Development Services – a natural resource consultancy.
