In diesem Beitrag geht es darum, dass Kim Dotcom ein eigenes Internet ins Leben
berufen will: MegaNet

Theoretisch ist das Möglich, wenn man bedenkt das die weiten des Internets be weiten noch nicht umschlossen sind.

Jedoch Fakt ist, KIM ist ein visionär und es gab schon einige , die großes geschaffen haben. Siehe Steve Jobs. Er wird schon etwas draus machen.

Viel mehr allerdings beunruhigt mich die Tatsache das der Börsengang immer wieder verschoben wird, und wir Aktionäre eigentlich keine fundamentalen Informationen haben.

Bin mal gespannt wie sich das noch weiter entwickelt. Ich wage die These zu behaupten, der Börsengang wird nochmal verschoben.

Alles nur meine Meinung :-)

Recent developments relating to Mega Limited
TRS has been advised by Mega that:

1. PayPal has ceased processing Mega customer payments.

2. Mega now supplies cloud storage services to more than 15 million registered customers in more than 200 countries. (This compares with around 7 million registered customers as previously announced at the time that the transaction was first announced less than one year ago).

3. Mega is currently in discussions with a number of alternative service providers to provide Mega with the payment processing services previously provided by PayPal.

4. Mega anticipates that these discussions will be concluded during the course of March.

5. Until new payment systems are implemented, Mega will temporarily not enforce its storage limits or suspend any accounts for non-payment and has extended existing subscriptions by two months free of charge.

Given that Mega expect to resolve alternative service providers this month, it is not expected that the issue will delay the listing transaction. The full communication relating to PayPal from the Mega Limited website is attached.

The Board of TRS Investments Limited advises that the date for the satisfaction of the conditions to the Mega Limited transaction (mainly TRS shareholder approvals) has been extended from 31 March 2015 to 29 May 2015. The TRS Board do not anticipate the need for any further extension of the conditional date.

Naja, warten wir mal ab was und vor allem OB hier noch was passiert. Die Mitteilungen für die Aktionäre lesen sich ja immer schöner als diese sind.  

...aus Hongkong zurück. Ich kann mittlerweile diese ganze Geschichte nicht mehr einschätzen. Ich vermute das der ganze Börsengang auch ein Plan sein könnte, seine großen Gelder zu sichern und anderen Personen zu übertragen, damit er nicht enteignet werden kann? Der ganze Börsengang zieht sich schon ewig abnormal hin. Für mich persönlich eine Strategie sein Vermögen vor Enteignung zu schützen, bis Gras über die Sache gewachsen ist. Kim Dotcom ist immer für eine  Überrschung gut! Ich werde das weiter beobachten, inverstieren ist mir zu riskant.
