Moin zusammen.... ich bin seit kurzem auch bei Valdor mit an Bord! :)

Das Potential hier ist "RIESIG" wenn man bedenkt:


- das TeleVal-CEO Gomez Nunez 10 Jahre lang bei TelMex war. TelMex beherrscht ca. 80% des mexikanischen Festnetzmarktes. Dort war er für tech. Zulassungen sowie Technologiebeschaffungen verantwortlich!!!! cool

Valdor Technology International Inc. Each of these five telecoms has acquired one or more of the splitters for examination in their labs and/or environmental chambers or for installation into their fibre networks. These telecoms, in combination, provide hardwired telephone service to more than 90% of the Canadian population. The Valdor splitters are specifically designed for the North American fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) and fibre-to-the-curb (FTTC) markets.

Mr. Ron Boyce, Executive VP Sales & Marketing, states: “We designed our 1:32 harsh environment splitters to be rated for temperatures of -55°C; before they leave the factory, we test and document every module from -65°C to +110°C. We know of no other splitter that is rated for better than -40°C and many rated at -40°C begin to fail before they reach that temperature. It is our intention to provide much needed support for the roll-out of FTTx in locales that are subject to harsh, and especially extreme cold, environments. The only region of Canada not subject to cold winters is the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.”

This is a total of about 13,500,000 sites throughout Canada to connect FTTx. A total of 423,000 1:32 splitters would be required to accommodate this market. If these splitters were to be installed over a ten year period at a (budget) price of $1,000 each,the Canadian annual market would be $42,300,000 for 42,300 splitters.

Three months ended June 30, 2015
During the three months ended June 30, 2015 the Company had a comprehensive loss of $350,946 as
compared to a comprehensive loss of $785,189 for the corresponding three months ended June 30, 2014. The
revenues increased to $273,700 as compared to $201,274 for the corresponding three months ended June 30, 2014. This revenue encompasses $195,584 from the Niagara Streaming Media division and $78,116 from the
Valdor Fiber Optics division. Total expenses for the period were $499,624 as compared to $895,453 for the
corresponding three months ended June 30, 2014. The most notable changes from the previous period were
increases in amortization, interest and accretion offset by decreases in consulting fees and salaries, wages and
benefits. The Company’s directors and consultants were actively involved with working on the private
placement financing and reviewing new business ventures. The stock-based compensation charge recognizes
the portion of the fair values of vested options attributable to the period using the Black-Scholes valuation
model. The fair values of options are influenced by such parameters as stock price volatility and current
interest rates incorporated into the valuation model. Stock-based compensation is a non-cash expenditure.
The Company financed its operations through short term loans during the period.

Six months ended June 30, 2015
During the six months ended June 30, 2015 the Company had a comprehensive loss of $1,152,103 as
compared to a comprehensive loss of $1,158,720 for the corresponding six months ended June 30, 2014. The
revenues increased to $503,699 as compared to $446,855 for the corresponding six months ended June 30, 2014. This revenue encompasses $386,910 from the Niagara Streaming Media division and $116,789 from the
Valdor Fiber Optics division. Total expenses for the period were $1,448,389 as compared to $1,449,831 for
the corresponding three months ended June 30, 2014. The most notable changes from the previous period
were increases in amortization, interest and accretion, marketing and salaries, wages and benefits offset by
decreases in consulting fees and legal and accounting fees. The Company’s directors and consultants were
also actively involved with working on the private placement financing and reviewing new business ventures.
The stock-based compensation charge recognizes the portion of the fair values of vested options attributable to
the period using the Black-Scholes valuation model. The fair values of options are influenced by such

Valdor and Mexican Partner Inteligencia Awarded US$1,100,000 Contract

Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / October 7, 2015 - Valdor Technology International Inc. ("Valdor") (TSX-V: VTI) (OTC: VTIFF) (Frankfurt: VZAA) is pleased to report that Valdor, in collaboration with Mexican partner Inteligencia e Infraestructura En America S. A. ("Inteligencia") has received a US$1,100,000 contract by an influential conglomerate in the Mexican telecom and construction industry. Valdor and Inteligencia do business in Mexico as TeleVal Communication Technologies (TeleVal).

This project involves the overall installation of an optical fibre network. The project is part of the multi-services and multi-year strategy the Mexican conglomerate is implementing to significantly increase both the number of services available to subscribers and the number of Mexican subscribers to internet services, in accordance with the Mexican Government telecom deregulation strategy announced in 2014 by President Pena Nieto. This project includes: 260,000 FTTx (fibre-to-the-home/premises/business/etc.) links; 3,800 fibre optic rings; 480 enterprise customers; and implementation of more than 4,000 poles in Mexico City for surveillance cameras.

This current initial phase of the project will be five months installation and will end in February 2016; but future phases will be on an accelerating timeline. The Valdor/Inteligencia partnership will make every effort to participate in future phases of this communication systems roll-out. Potential business from future phases that Valdor and Inteligencia, in partnership, could facilitate is expected to be about US$20,000,000 annually, from 2016 through 2018 inclusive. Homologation is not required for this project.

(Valdor) (TSX-V: VTI) (OTC: VTIFF) (Frankfurt: VZAA) freut sich, die Auslieferung des Prototypen eines speziell angefertigten FTTH-Glasfaserkabels an ein nordamerikanisches Telekommunikationsunternehmen bekannt zu geben. Der Lieferauftrag bezieht sich auf eine Ausschreibung, über die Valdor am 2. September 2015 berichtete, und bei der Valdor als Bieter ein Preisangebot von 10.000.000 $ gelegt hat.
