Valor Appoints Southwest Systems as Representative in Mexico

Ich denk mal das es generell überall hochgeht und bei Valor wars schon längst fällig! Gute Nachrichten hatten wir ja in der letzten Zeit schon einige (Aktien Rückkauf und irgendwas mit einer Übernahme war mit dabei) aber es hat sich nichts getan und das wird jetzt womöglich nachgeholt!?
Noch 3 Wochen und ich bin seit einem Jahr dabei. :-)

Da Fiat die Kaufwut gepackt hat, wollen sie neben Chrysler und Opel nun auch noch Valor kaufen.Das Paket von Valor passt bestens in die Neuausrichtung von Fiat und Ferraris Plänen ! Alles unter strengster Verschwiegenheit natürlich, also bitte nichts weiter sagen,  sonst explodiert der Kurs noch.M Schumacher stellt ein Viertel seines Vermögens zur Verfügung, damit Valor auch ja nicht durch die" Lappen geht"

siehe einer an. Wenn man den Kurs von  Orbotech und Valor betrachtet, dann fällt der gleichzeitige Kursanstieg
auf. Valor und Orbotech arbeiten doch gewissermaßen, in einem Joint Venture eng miteinander zusammen ??

das kann nun aber nichts mehr mit irgendwelchen Auszeichnungen zu tun haben, hier müssen fundamentale Gründe vorhanden sein.

Wenn ich das richtig interpretiere, hat der Kurs den langfristigen Abwärtstrend geknackt.

und wenn ich mich nicht irre, sind bald die halben Verluste kompensiert. (bei 2,9 wenn ich mich nicht verrechnet habe)

So scheint es genauer zu sein. Aber ob der Ausbruch Bestand hat ???

ich habe der Einfachheit halber die Kanäle nicht mitgezeichnet, das würde dann so aussehen.
Der Aufwärtskanal ist sehr dünn und neigt zu Ausbrüchen.
Ich denke mal, das bleibt nicht so!

Revenues in the first quarter of 2009 were $9M, similar to the revenues in the previous quarter, which accumulated to $9.1M.


Operating profit in the first quarter of 2009 was $0.8M, as compared with an operating loss of $1M in the previous quarter.

Earnings per Share (diluted) in the first quarter of 2009 were $0.04, as compared with loss per share of $0.04 in the previous quarter.
Net profit in the first quarter of 2009 was $0.8M, as compared with a net loss of $0.8M in the previous quarter.

Also warum steigt denn nun der Kurs auf einmal stark, wo doch Valor eigentlich eine Kapitalherabsenkung angekündigt hat ? Valor wollte doch zu ganz anderen Kursen einkaufen, bloß nicht zu 2.50 Euro. Oder ist das der Hintergrund um Valor zu ärgern ??  Huhu antwortet bitte, und gebt einen Lebenslaut von euch   ....

Ich bin von ukka angerufen worden, ich kann mir aber auf die Ativitäten auch keinen Reim machen. Mir ist die ganze Kiste so etwas von unlogisch, das geht in meinen alten Kopf nicht rein.
