Energtek Files Financials for 2015

NEW YORK, April 5, 2016

Energtek Inc. (OTCBB: EGTK), a frontrunner in hi-tech natural gas solutions and Adsorbed Natural Gas (ANG) technology, announced today that is has timely filed its annual financial and disclosure reports for 2015.  The report includes the audited figures for 2014.

The audited figures were an essential step towards the goal to become again an SEC-reporting company. Management of the company is now focused on delivering an audited report for 2015.

In parallel, Energtek's management is diligently working on completing a round of fundraising for its projects in the USA, working together with financial entities to achieve this goal.
